BOARD PURCHASE CONDITIONS

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A NEW BOARD?

  • New JETSURF boards come with a full set of accessories, including: Board bag, Stand, Toolkit, Fins, Charger.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Interac E-Transfer – Customers can pay securely from online/mobile banking. 
  • Cash – Customers wishing to pay at the time of delivery can pay with cash in CAD.
  • Bank transfer – a secure way to pay for your board without any additional fees. We fulfill your order once the correct amount has been received.
  • Credit card payment – Enjoy comfortable, fast, and secure Shopify payments (NOT AVAILABLE FOR FULL BOARD PURCHASE)

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING OPTIONS  AND FEES – BOARDS

As the only Official Distributor of the JETSURF boards in Canada, we can ship the JETSURF boards to all provinces. The board shipping fees are based on the destination and chosen shipping option before final payment.

All shipments can include insurance against damage of the board during the shipping process.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES – OTHER ITEMS

The exact price of shipping is calculated during the checkout according to the weight of the package and chosen shipping method.

 

WARRANTIES

  • All New JETSURF boards (Except the Race Titanium DFI board) come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Race Titanium DFI boards are for racing purposes only and do not qualify for any factory warranty. All other qualifying new board purchases include a 12 month warranty on specified parts.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping of products to the shop when returning the goods and also for the shipping back to the customer.

 

TECHNICAL TRAINING

The JETSURF is a State-Of-The-Art machine requiring proper care and maintenance. Therefore, it comes with one of the following training options:

  • In-person technical training during personal delivery
  • Online video maintenance tutorial followed by a call to confirm understanding of necessary care instructions.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.
  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We only accept returns on JETSURF boards that have not been ridden in the water.
  • Please keep the receipt and be aware that a 20% re-stocking fee applies!

 

RETURN POLICY - SHIPPING FEES AND OTHER FEES

    • Shipping cost are not returned and label for shipping back is not included
    • JETSURF Canada does not cover the return shipping fee
    • Convenience fee and banking fees cannot be returned
